**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with persons in charge of localization to ensure WEBTOON manuscripts are ready on time
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prevent potential bottlenecks and ensure a smooth workflow
- Report all kinds of risks and inefficiencies spotted while monitoring the localization process to the project manager
- Maintain glossaries and materials related to localization
- Proofread the manuscript, provide feedback on localization errors, and if necessary, edit them
- Complete other related assignments

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3+ years of experience in localization/translation (Korean to Thai) or project management
- Proficiency in spoken and written Korean
- High level of knowledge of Thai orthography
- Task and people management skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a demanding environment
- Can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude to work as a team player

**Preferred Qualifications**
