**รายละเอียดงาน**
1. Work together with the relevant person to ensure that the company has laws regarding safety, occupational health, and the working environment.
2. Ensure that products, processes, and activities Hazards will be identified and risks assessed.
3. Assist and take action within the company according to objectives, goals, and related safety, health and environmental programs.
4. Organize appropriate training on safety, occupational health, and the environment. To promote the knowledge and skills of all employees and contract workers onsite.
5. Encourage employees and contractors to carry out activities regarding safety, occupational health and the environment.
6. Keep and control the safety, occupational health and environmental documents. It shall be periodically reviewed, reviewed and revised as necessary and has been adequately
approved by the authorized personal.
7. Ensure that all employees and contractors follow operational control procedures.
8. Preparing, testing, and reviewing amendments and issuing emergency response plans.
9. Inspect that the factory has machinery. Is the factory equipment, equipment, processes or labor characteristics used in the factory in such a manner.
That may cause a risk of physical harm to employees in the factory.
10. Provide advice on safety techniques to employees.
12. To ensure that safety rules are respected during the contractor's work.
13. To evaluate the statement of methods for assessing potential risks, manage work permits and permissions.
14. Support the company's framework for site and employee safety teams and provide guidance and training to supervisors on the SHE framework initiatives.
15. Prepare an annual SHE budget and forecast and all funds.
16. Contact and coordinate with the relevant external agencies.
17. Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives according to department KPIs.
18. Support and comply with safety, occupational health and environmental regulations, including the environmental impact assessment measures (EIA).
19. Comply with the quality management system (ISO 9001) and the environmental management system (ISO 14001).
20. Support the 5S activities to improve efficiency and productivity in the workplace by creating a clean, orderly and safe workplace.
21. Other assignments to support teams and other departments.

**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- Male or Female, age 28-35 year old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational, Health, Safety and Environmental, and Safety & Environmental Sciences or related fields.
- At least 3-5 year experiences in SHE management in the manufacturing or petrochemical companies.
- Have an experience in the chemical industries is prefer.
- Must possess a theoretical and practical knowledge of Regulatory SHE Standards.
- Have the certificate in the safety professional work.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Knowledge of the management and problem solving skills.
- Good English communication (Listen, Speak, Read and Write).
- Good computer skill (Ms. Office), Able to be flexible in working hours.
