- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Creates value for the organization through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, revenue maximization and profit management
- Ensure execution of operating standards that optimize return on assets, drives revenue and improves profitability
- Analyze weekly/monthly reports and data on sales, controllable expenses and profit; take necessary action to improve financial performance
- Set sales targets and implement an incentive plan to drive restaurant level performance
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures and systems to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and operations efficiency
- Maximize employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible rostering to meet business goals, reduce cost of labor and exceed customer expectations
- Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards
- Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization and inventory management
- Ensures adherence to brand standards, food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and handling complaints
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or 3 years Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
- 6-10 years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferably pizza QSR
- Ability to execute with strong business acumen; you look at challenges as an exciting opportunity to learn something new and the opportunity to contribute to the organization and propel it forward
- Ability to perform at your best when the pressure is on
- Strong ability to train, implement and enforce brand and company standards
- Ability and desire to monitor and provide effective coaching to restaurant teams
- The confidence to make quick decisions and assume accountability for them
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
- Proven ability to successfully implement strategic projects in previous assignments
- Proven ability in building the foundations to successfully scale a QSR brand across multiple formats in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills in English and Thai and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Basic business math and strong analytical/decision making skills
- Appropriate computer literacy skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
