Base in RATCH Head Office at Nonthaburi

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting feasibility study and market research, identifying the investment opportunities of potential project including risk and financial analysis, and also developing financial models to support investment decisions.
- Proactively explore and evaluate opportunities for new business and investments, including acquisition opportunities, and assess their strategic fit with the company's growth objectives.
- Proceed the due diligence process, including reviewing key contract and relevant documents, and closing transaction in M&A deals.
- Assisting in the study of energy market trends, analyzing the strategies of business competitors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant agencies, partners, and major investors to ensure the company is well-positioned to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize and proceed the project due diligence.
- Prepare project reports, presentations and information for management.
- Assist to the managements in relation with technical, commercial, contractual and/or financial aspects of the projects assigned
- Perform any other duties as assigned in relation to business development.

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a master degree in finance, economic or related field is preference.
- Age 28 - 35 years old
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences in M&A, business development, feasibility study, financial analysis.
- Strong financial modelling skills is bonus
- Understandings of Financial analysis, Business analysis, Business law and etc.
- Good knowledge in MS offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Good communication, presentation, analysis, problem-solving, decision-making skills, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Able to manage workload effectively and deliver quality work on schedule.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to working in a friendly, entrepreneurial mindset, team building environment.
- Good English communication in both verbal and written (Minimum 700 TOEIC Score)
