**What You’ll Do**
- Develop design ideas based on customer interests, budgets, and market research.
- Determine feasibility, cost, and return on investment for product ideas
- Meeting with the development team to discuss product ideas.
- Coordinate prototype submissions with relevant personnel for approval
- Identifying customer problems and creating the conceptual product or prototypes offering a solution
- Perform market and competitor analysis of products and brands
- Analyze market, technology & industry trends, standards, regulations, and conditions
- Create roughly conceptual products using best-fit tooling presented to all relevant
- Create full product designs and product specifications
- Overseeing production and ensuring that products conform to market specifications and safety regulations.
- Manage and take accountability of products until the end of the product life cycle

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor or higher degree in an Electronic or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in UHF RFID technology, ASIC development, and management.
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Good critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot complex challenges.
- Excellent and presentable command of English language or TOEIC score 800
- Experience in proposing and closing the business cases
- Knowledge in electronic and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge in product management
