**Job Detail**:

- Training Staff (20K-25K) (SDG-82280)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรม-
- Survey requirement of training needed from various departments and use as information to plan for the annual training
- Search for training courses as assigned and present the details of training courses to supervisors
- Conduct training both internally and externally
- Coordinate with both internal and external outsource to prepare training documents
- Follow up on the results of all training courses and evaluate the training results according to the goals and objectives of the training course
- Record the details of training history of employees into the system
- Responsible for activities to promote and create a good atmosphere for the organization
- Promote development activities both offline and online for all staff level in the organization.
- Prepare and submit all related documents to be update with Department of Skill Development
- Marking and provide report to supervisor
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-32 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related
- At least 2-year experience as HR Training especially for factory
- Knowledge of Labour Protection Act, Labour Regulation and Act of Skill Development
- Conversational level of English skill
- Good command of MS Office
- Interpersonal and presentation skill

- ทำแบบสำรวจความต้องการการฝึกอบรมจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ และใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการวางแผนการจัดฝึกอบรมประจำปี
- ค้นหาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายและนำเสนอรายละเอียดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- จัดอบรมทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- ประสานงานกับ Outsource ทั้งภายในและภายนอกเพื่อจัดเตรียมเอกสารการฝึกอบรม
- ติดตามผลการฝึกอบรมทุกหลักสูตรและประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมตามเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม
- บันทึกรายละเอียดประวัติการอบรมพนักงานเข้าระบบ
- รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมส่งเสริมและสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดีให้กับองค์กร
- ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการพัฒนาทั้งออฟไลน์และออนไลน์สำหรับพนักงานทุกระดับในองค์กร
- จัดทำและส่งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่ออัปเดตกับกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
- ทำเครื่องหมายและจัดทำรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 24-32 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ HR Training อย่างน้อย 2 ปี สำหรับโรงงานโดยเฉพาะ
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงาน ระเบียบแรงงาน และพระราชบัญญัติพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนา
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ดี
- มนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะการนำเสนอ
