**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining SOC2 compliance: The SCO would be responsible for ensuring that the company continues to meet the requirements of the SOC2 standard, including regular assessments and audits.
- Managing other compliance obligations: In addition to SOC2, the SCO would need to have knowledge of GDPR, PDPA, and would be responsible for ensuring that the company is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Developing and implementing security policies: The SCO would be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive set of security policies and procedures, which would be designed to protect the company and its customers' data.
- Managing incident response: In the event of a security incident, the SCO would be responsible for coordinating the company's response and working to minimize the impact of the incident.
- Keeping current with security trends: The SCO would need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of information security, and would need to be familiar with the latest security threats and best practices for defending against them.
- Collaborating with other teams: The SCO would need to work closely with other teams within the company, such as IT, development and operations, to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Working in Agile Environment: The SCO should be able to work in Agile environment, where the requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing and cross-functional teams.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- We are an international company, so English is a must.
- Strong knowledge in security regarding AWS ecosystem and AWS product specifics.
- Proven solid understanding of information security standards, technics, tools & methodologies
- Proven records of architecting, and implementing security, audit, and compliance solutions
- Experience in defining and rolling out company-wide security policy standards.
- Knowledge of SOC2, EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
