- Being responsible for the overall monthly account reconciliation (including but not limited to Cash, Accruals, VAT, WHT, and employee advances). Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining the balance up-to-date.
- Supervising team members in preparing payments to both local and overseas vendors. Uploading the payment into bank systems.
- Being responsible for overall accruals processes. Work closely with operation teams to ensure that the accruals are complete and accurate.
- Preparing accruals during month-end closing and entering them into the ERP system.
- Preparing and submitting monthly VAT and WHT filing to the tax office
- Supporting Accounting Manager in preparing financial statements including monthly TB and Balance Sheet.
- Completing month-end closing and reporting.
- Assisting with year-end audit and tax queries.
- Assisting in the review and implementation of an effective system of internal control procedures.

**Qualifications**
- 28-35 years old, Thai only.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must.
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting all loops from Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and Trading is a must.
- Has experience in AP local and Oversea is a must.
- Strong background and knowledge in ERP Systems, MS Office especially Excel.
- Has experience in Team management and is familiar with working with international companies.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Able to work 5 days/week near BTS Ploenchit.
