**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Being responsible for payroll process, payroll process accuracy, on-time, and compliance with the law.
- Maintaining the payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Preparing and conducting payroll, welfare & benefit, compensation i.e. Tax, social security, compensation fund, provident fund, etc.
- Know the process of visa and work permit.
- Preparing HR report as requested.
- Performing other assignments.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Political Science, Industrial Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Payroll, Time attendant, Calculation, and HRM.
- Have experience in Payroll Programs such as Tiger soft and Business Plus
- Able to communicate & understand English.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Having experience in a recruitment agency will be an advantage.
- Good command of English.
