**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for arranging monthly factory production schedule in according to master demand planning.
Production capacity planning analysis, understand how to balance production capacity for production line at the supplier factory
Deploy monthly production schedule into weekly & daily production orders, release and distribute production orders to the supplier factory. Make sure all released production orders have materials ready and available and meet ETD schedule.
Weekly comparing actual production output to planned production output. Identify any impact to plan, create a report to NA supply team, copy to master planner.
Organize weekly production planning meeting, review current week new orders implementation.
Coordinate with master planner any change request for order implementation including time and volume variance.
Support master planner to meet on
- time customer delivery target, review order history of customers, forecasting potential increase from customers.
**Skills**:
Business sense to work with customer, factories
Ability to summarize to make complicated things simple.
Import&export knowledge will help you to learn fast.
**Minimum Qualifications / Experience**:
Above college degree, major in business administration or engineering or close.
6+ years above working experience of production planning management in manufacturing industry.
A certain knowledge and experience of capacity analysis and planning.
Good coordination ability in people communications, motivating, team work, and problem solving.
Excellent in focusing on detail and professional approach in timely implementation of production orders.
Good written and spoken English is preference.
