- Oversee and monitor the performance of all subordinates.
- Manage, supervise, and enhance the collection process.
- Following up on customer payment performance and report.
- Efficiently performing collection activities and achieving the target of the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer care, and finance, to ensure accurate billing and resolve payment disputes.
- Train and advise subordinates when they encounter challenges.
- Submit reports to supervisors as needed.
- Train and strengthen collectors' collection skills.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree related in any fields.
- At least 5 years experiences in Debt collection. Management experience is a plus.
- Experience in Financial Institute, Banking or Non-banking.
- Fluent in English Communication skills.
- Japanese speaking is a plus
- Strong Problem Solving, decision making, Negotiation and persuasion Skill.
- Computer literacy: MS Office
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.
