We are a new search fund that aims to partner with founders of small enterprise in Thailand / Singapore (in the range of THB 5M-50M / SGD 200K-2M EBITDA) to help them transition out of the business and retain their legacy.

We are founded by principals with backgrounds in top management consulting and investment banking firms, as well as family business operations.

**Job scope**

3-6 months remote part time private equity / search fund internship

Associates will directly report into the principals and get mentorship on topics such as industry research, deal sourcing, due diligence and value creation in the process of performing tasks including (but not limited to):

- [Industry scans] Conduct desktop or primary research (including expert or potential customer interviews) on industries and companies
- [Financial modeling] Build LBO models to evaluate attractiveness of deals
- [Investment thesis / due diligence] Synthesise analysis in powerpoint decks and excel models, including
- Market definition
- Market sizing
- Competitor benchmarking
- Customer feedback
- Value creation levers
- Risks and mitigation

**Ideal associate (intern) profiles**
- Business, engineering or economics students or recent graduates
- Positive attitude and keen to learn
- Able to commit for at least 20 hours per week (including half day on Saturday morning) for 3-6 months periods, with flexible start dates from Oct to Nov 2025; remote work arrangement
- Fluent in English; Thai is a bonus

**Compensation**
- THB 10K or SGD 400 per month (20 hours per week)
- Personal coaching from principals on job search, finance / consulting training
