**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Achievement of Key Project Outcomes**:

- Ability to identify business growth opportunities through various means, including but not limited to new business channel introduction and existing business channel growth.
- Monitor customer, competitive, and market changes to seize any possible opportunities to gain more market share.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and merchants to ensure an excellent customer experience and retain existing business.

**Project Planning and Management**:
- Develop a project management strategy based on the work cycle, clearly defining project (or sub-project) tasks, objectives, timelines, and organization.- Organize project meetings, including project initiation, project kickoff, progress tracking, and project closure, ensuring accurate meeting materials and traceable archives for each phase.- Manage the team’s customer visit schedules and other related plans.

**Project Budget Management**:
- Control project costs based on project tasks and implement management measures to optimize and reduce project expenditure.- Ensure budget compliance and that all expenses fall within budgetary limits.

**Project Execution Management**:
- Take on client requirements, analyze and break down needs, and independently develop solutions and ideas.- Coordinate and integrate human, financial, and material resources within the organization to implement proposals effectively, while monitoring the implementation process and its outcomes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Operations, Finance) to ensure successful logistics project implementation.- Communicate project status, risks, and results to internal stakeholders and clients to ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics performance, including delivery time, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.- Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms) to track and report logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Organization and Team Management**:
- Design the organizational structure based on project scale, defining job profiles for each position.- Recruit suitable personnel and build a project management team, ensuring key positions are filled.- Develop a talent pipeline for essential roles and ensure there are backups in place to address risks related to personnel changes.

**Problem Solving and Risk Management**:
- Manage public opinion and sentiment, focusing on discussions and evaluations about the company on social media or among merchant groups, identifying issues and ensuring proper communication and resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

**Qualification Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.**Experience**:
- 4-6 years of logistics, supply chain, or project management experience, particularly in the e-commerce industry.- Experience managing logistics projects and coordinating e-commerce platform solutions (such as Shopee and Lazada).**Skills**:
- Strong project management skills with a proven record of delivering solutions on time and within budget.- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.- Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills, able to drive improvements through data-driven decision-making.**Language Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in at least two languages (Chinese, English, Thai) to be used as working languages.
