Create X-codes and maintain database.
Update price and X-code details into PLM/AX.
Support E-PSW creation & co-ordinate for all document support needed (MSDS/REACH guarantee letter etc).
Support in sending tolerance charts/tools to supplier.
Prepare rejected samples by Quality to suppliers for rework and co-ordinate with regards to credit notes.
Support supplier registration form with MDM finance team.
Support in R-code quotation confirmation and uploading into A/X.
Support in updated TA in A/X as needed.
Support in creating contract # via ServiceNow.
Support with DocuSign as needed.
Any other special project support if needed.
QualificationsBachelor's degree and all above. Experience within Pandora is preferred.
Supply chain and /or all related field.
Expireinces in Jewellery business is preferable.
Positive & flexible(Can do) attitude, Strong problem-solving and multitasks.
Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change.
Organised and self-managed.
Good communication skills; interact effectively within the organization in Thai and also support English communication with suppliers if needed.
Good skill to Ms Office (Excel).
Good English communication and Positive attitude.
