Data & Insight Analyst

**What you will do**:
Data & Insight analyst / SFE Analyst is responsible for business data and insights analysis to facilitate commercial strategic planning and operations. As part of the role, he/she will need to ensure business data integrity and master data management in the affiliate. He/She will also play a key role in implementation of new commercial excellence processes, such as in-field excellence work streams and digital customer engagements.

Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring of in-market performance results; manages KPIs reporting systems, improving quality and timely availability of data.
- Responsible for master data management in Thailand in multi-sources environment; manage and maintain customer data in various systems (e.g., Veeva CRM, IQVIA, OneKey, MDM, GDnA, etc.), define the data governance process and ensure the data governance and processes are embedded in daily business practice.
- Own and manage Amgen CRM system (Veeva CRM) and related systems. Provide training and support on usage of the system to commercial team; including but not limited to, user onboarding/offboarding, system setup and troubleshooting, etc.
- Provide data insights to commercial teams on multi-channel and digital customer engagement initiatives to optimize reach, frequency, and value of virtual interactions/touchpoints with all customer channels to trigger higher engagement.
- Support commercial teams to drive the change from a conventional sales and marketing SOV to a new multi-channel digital customer engagement model via strategy, technology, content, and change management.
- Work closely with Regional/Global Commercial Excellence/BAI workstreams and local brand leads to develop and decide customer insights strategy and roadmap to strengthen insights capability.
- Report to Commercial Innovation Lead on execution of new Customer Engagement Model (nCEM) and Global Customer 360 (C360).

**What we expect of you**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Information technology or similar disciplines
- At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial excellence in pharmaceutical industry, sales force effectiveness, data analysis and business operations with exposure to senior management and working cross-functionally
- Strong Interpersonal skills and a team player. Experience working within a cross-functional project team to deliver on a technology / transformational data project (CRM/Digital)
- Excellent English communication skills in oral and written
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, all remote working tools
- Self-starter who can function autonomously
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Innovative, creative, flexible
