**รายละเอียดงาน**:

- บริการต้อนรับ ดูแลทั่วไป และ CHECK IN CHECK OUT ลูกค้า
- รับจองห้องพัก และ สื่อสารกับลูกค้า ผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ
- ตอบจดหมายลูกค้าเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- ต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกลูกค้า ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร, แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่เกิดขึ้น, ให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้า และ CASHIER
- ติดต่อประสานงานในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ ปฏิบัติงานทีได้รับมอบหมายต่างๆตามหน้างาน
- สรุปปิดยอดรายวัน
- สามารถยืดหยุ่นเวลาทำงานได้

**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- ญ/ช วุฒิขั้นต่ำปวช. ขึ้นไป อายุ 20 ปี ขึ้นไป หากจบสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือมีประสบการณ์ จะได้รับพิจารณาพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Internet และ โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft Office ได้ในระดับดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความอดทน
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี และหากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีน ญี่ปุ่นได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นแบบเป็นทีมได้
- มีไหวพริบ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ
- ผู้มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงานนี้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
- ยืดหยุ่นเวลาทำงานได้ อาจะมีการย้ายกะทำงานบางช่วงเวลา
