**How you will create an impact**

Strategic Planning and Sales Enablement is a key leadership position, responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase sales effectiveness. This role works closely with Head of Agency to set goals and objectives, develop sales strategies, and ensure alignment between agency distribution and product towers. This strategic planning and sales enablement also involves managing crucial support teams as listed below to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively engage with agents, brokers, and partners, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include:

- Agent database, license, and contract management
- Agent learning and development
- Agency system maintenance and support (agent portal and agency database system)
- Agency performance reporting, dashboard, and analysis
- Marketing activity planning and implementation
- Marketing campaign and communication

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Understanding of market competitive landscape and be able to identify business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and be able to develop strategies and tools to enable the sales team to succeed.
- Strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Be able to communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and build trust with stakeholders
- Able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate others, and a collaborative mindset.
- Able to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions based on insights.
