Our Thailand operations are registered as a Thai Consultant with the Ministry of Finance and are licensed by the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental policy and Planning, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to conduct an environmental, social and health impact assessment studies in the country.

Our market focus is in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Construction Material and Waste Management sectors. Our successes from these sectors are leveraged to other sectors like Power, Manufacturing, Mining, Chemicals, Automotive, Food and Beverage and Paper.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coach and drive full adherence to construction H&S management plan and local regulations with construction contractors.
- Communicate safety observations to onsite construction company representative daily and engage constantly to ensure issues are addressed and closed.
- Submission of Monthly Safety Assessment Report to client based on the daily site visits and audits conducted.
- Manage construction incidents according to Client’s Incident Escalation Protocol and ensuring that onsite construction company representative investigate and take appropriate actions.
- Participate in construction team incident investigation and ensure that root cause is established and addressed with the effective control measures.
- Attend safety committee meetings.
- Ensure all client employees are given H&S induction prior to entering the Construction Site.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor Degree or Advanced Technical Degree in Health and Safety Management, Engineering, or Specialty area (i.e. Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, Construction), or 4 - 5 years in health and safety management role(s)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial, civil, or technology-related construction field (s)
- Fluent in the native language as well as English (primary or secondary)
- In-depth knowledge of H&S Standards and regulations for the identified country/region
- Competency in H&S management systems (i.e. ISO 45001; OHSAS 18001; ISO9000/9001)
- Proven expertise in hazard risk assessment, safe method working statements, and post-incident root cause analysis
- Experience in the evaluation of Construction Health and Safety Management Plans, and associated auditing
