**What makes you remarkable?**
- Ensure proposals are developed, reviewed, and issued in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures and Technical Work Practices
- Keep Commercial Manager fully informed of progress of proposal. Identify key problem areas as proposal develops. Review problems and proposed solution with Commercial Manager. Implement agreed recommendation
- Participate in sales efforts for assigned proposals and where sales assistance is required, including: - negotiating, business winning strategy, client follow - up / contact
- Arrange client presentations and conduct rehearsals with nominated staff as needed to ensure that they are prepared for client interviews and that all nominees act as an integrated team. Arrange for selected members of Management staff to critique presentations techniques and materials
- Actively implement department initiatives to improve overall performance
- Identify and communicate best practices with Commercial Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in related Oil and Gas field
- Experience in professional proposal writing
- Strong English language skills
- Extremely organized and have excellent presentation and meeting skills.
- Strong time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
