**Scope of the role: (สรุปขอบเขตงาน)**
- Creates pipelines to handle environments deployments (Platform as Code) on traditional VMs and OpenShift.
- Build and maintain highly available Application on OpenShift and Istio service mesh.
- Implement and improve monitoring and alerting.
- Ensure the availability of IT services.
- Troubleshoot issues and prevent incidents.
- Coordinate and Communicate operations with stakeholders.

**Job Objective and Responsibilities: (วัตถุประสงค์และความรับผิดชอบหลักในงาน)**
- Provide Level 2 technical support.
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve the experience.
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Develop scripts to automate visualization as a platforms.
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Promotes best practices and trains, other teams, to run pipelines with autonomy.

คุณสมบัติ

**Job Specification and Qualifications: (คุณสมบัติของบุคคลที่ดำรงตำแหน่ง)**

**Education**: (ระดับการศึกษา)- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge and Experience of Enterprise IT Infrastructure.

**Work Experiences**: (ประสบการณ์ / สาขา)- 1-3+ years' experience with CI/CD automation.
- 1-3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems administration, or DevOps.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Fluent with Ansible / Ansible AWX is highly preferred.
- GitOps such as Argo CD.
- Manage manifest such as helm chart and kustomize is highly preferred.
- Reactivity, proactivity & discipline.
- Strong Team spirit.
- Production experience with OpenShift clusters and Istio service mesh experience.
- Proficient with at least one of Bash / Groovy.
- Linux experience (RHEL 7,8,9).
- Ability to scope and design new systems for reliability, scalability, and security.
- Observability and Application Management.

**Specialized Knowledge & Skills: (ความรู้และทักษะเฉพาะ)**
- Experience with deploying infrastructure and services in one or more cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Google
- Cloud, VMware vSphere.- Experience with configuration management and deployment automation tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Solid Linux systems administration skills.
