Key Functions
- Establish and maintain the company’s standard by monitoring the implementation of new shops and evaluating existing shops according to the regional guidelines.
- Develop and maintain promotional activities by monitoring regional programs and planning for exhibitions, events and seminars for end users, interior designers and fresh graduates to increase sales, brand awareness and footfall on our shop network.
- Manage and lead the Retail Development team by setting objectives and providing necessary coaching and guidance to support their development and achieving the function’s targets.
- Coordinate with the regional retail development team in developing and implementation of regional promotional programs and projects in the local market.
- Develop and oversee all retail development training programs by monitoring and following up in order provide the best customer experience.
- Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Trade marketing, Trade Marketing - Trade Campaigns, Loyalty Program, preferrable in FMCG.
- Inquisitive, creative, able to work independently, attention to details.
- Team player, able to work closely with cross-functional team (sales and brands).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
