**ExxonMobil Limited (EML) - **one of the largest Global Business Center (Bangkok GBC) in ExxonMobil Global Business Centers network that provides supporting services to ExxonMobil affiliates around the world. Their services include corporate financial, tax and credit, information technology, customer services for fuels, lubricant and chemicals, procurement and payables, human resources and commercial operations for fuels and lubricant.

**What you will do**:

- You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a department or individual.
- You will learn the Agreement’s contractual process and requirement, support Agreement data inputting and ticket responding.
- You will learn to troubleshoot issues and how to provide resolution to business partners
- You will learn to manage document retention as evidence of all process check/ reconciliation/ correction and any void transactions for reference

**Internship period**:

- Internship Program 6 months during (June - November 2025)

**Application Timeline**:

- Submit e-Application: Within Late-December 2024
- Interview Period: November - Mid of January, 2024
- Result Announcement: Within January 2024

**About you**:
**Required skills and knowledge**
- 3rd-4th year students in business administration or related fields.
- Fluent in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
- Fluent in Chinese or Bahasa is preferable
- GPA 3.00 and above
- Excellent computer skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, detail-oriented and customer service skill
