- งานประจำ- 1 - 10 ปี- ชลบุรี- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ- 2. Prepare internal bank transfer payment (depends on requested transaction)- 3. Handle for cash advanced, claim and reimbursement- 4. Review and assign account code for issue PO for new expenses- 5. Prepare and update Capex & Fixed asset registration and depreciation& amortization file- 6. Recheck for PPV and any standard cost changes- 7. Update weekly sales forecast by SKU- 8. Prepare data to support weekly cashflow- 9. Confirm monthly Intercompany transactions and good in transit- 10. Primarily review Trail balance before month end closing with related account- 11. Close month end costing and GL process based on HQ schedule (within 3 days)- 12. Prepare journal adjustment for all related account code timely and accurately- 13. Upload supplement data into HQ system (EPM)- 14. Reconcile for balance sheet account and follow up the outstanding balance- 15. Provide the HQ account reconciliation (Blackline)- 16. Compare related cost/expense with budget and provide to related department with primarily analysis- 17. Upload any periodic data actual & forecast into HQ system (HFM)- 18. Responsible for data required by external parties such as statutory auditor, Tax auditor, customs & Revenue department officer)- 19. Other administration work of Accounting/Finance related assigned by Manager or Controller- คุณสมบัติ
- 1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.- 2. At least 9 years of experience in the accounting and reporting job.- 3. Experience in accounting software or other ERP will be an advantage.- 4. Experience in the manufacturing industries with costing experience will be an advantage.- 5. Good command of English, both written and speaking.- 6. Good knowledge of Thai GAAP and regulations related to taxes and finance regulations, US GAAP will be an advantage.- Special required: Open with service mind, positive thinking, can-do attitude, ability to supervise and solve the problem primarily ดูคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
