- Scrutinize inspection orders submitted by commercial divisions on a daily basis.
- Review current instruction from all Operation Departments.
- Conduct field audits at selected locations to measure the field operators and to provide reasonable assurance that all aspect relating to the performance of the jobs such as attitude of exporters, their main business, storage, locations, production facilities.
- Evaluate operational practice on site to compare with work instruction based on operational improvement concept.
- Produce audit report of each individual job and submit it to their superior together with the photographs for review.
- Follow up and ensure the effectiveness of corrective / preventive action from Field audit.
- Coordinate with each business unit to establish the quality system.
- Advise staffs on quality management related activities.
