**Responsibilities**
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis - Lead and undertake continuous analysis of customer behavior research, stay up-to-date with competitive environment and overall real estate trend in Thailand.
- Implementation of marketing plan - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, advertising, and PR.
- Sales Team support - work closely with project sales team, enable them to fulfill their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
- Develop strategic and analytical frameworks to identify critical issues/opportunities and provide strategic recommendation
- Analyze competition strategy in products & coverage competitive, Pricing, Assess possible future move as well as propose reaction strategy.
- Analyze client for develop marketing plan
- Hold events or campaigns to drive sales volume
- Can do both online and offline marketing
- Do the marketing report

**Qualifications**

- At least 3 years of experience in project marketing,
- Able to communicate in English
- Can work under pressure
- Flexible and result-oriented
- Able to lead marketing team
