**Terms of Reference**

**Under the overall supervision of the CEO and immediate supervision of the Coffee Shop Manager, the barista will undertake the following duties**:
**A) Promote the good image of the coffee shop and advocate its aims as stipulated in “the concept of the coffee shop” as a social business towards contribution to the society and sustainable development.**
**B) Perform day -to-day tasks as a barista for taking orders, brewing/making coffee drinks, selling various products, washing cups and plates, and serving to customers, and ensure that the coffee shop is operated smoothly with a harmony and good team work, and gain customer satisfactions.**
**C) Ensure that there will be no fraud nor misconduct, and report to the Manager or CEO for such incident if and when occurred.**
**D) Assist in handling incomes and operating casher machine with accuracy.**
**E) Assist in promoting advocacy, branding and marketing of the products of the coffee shop as well as that of Akha Mae Chan Tai Coffee beans using various media/ internet and will act as the focal point for up-dating the Home Page of the coffee shop, and promote media based advertisement and marketing using Face Book, Web boards, YouTube and other means.**
**F) Assist in creating new beverage and pastry menus.**
**G) Assist in stock control of various beverage, pastry and supplies, and take timely action for re-stocking.**
**H) Assist in of opening /closing of the coffee shop as per established working schedule.**
**I) Perform cleaning duties to ensure that the coffee shop is always kept clean and maintained under good hygienic condition.**
**J) Asist the Manager and CEO in organizing various events.**
**K) Perform other duties as requested by the Manager and CEO.***:
