The Assistant Manager of Human Resources (Learning and Development) is responsible for supporting the manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and abilities. The purpose of this role is to ensure the organization has a competent and engaged workforce that is able to meet business objectives, improve performance, and drive innovation
**What you will do**:
- Assist in developing Ninja Van’s L&D strategy and execution locally, including provision of useful actionable data to drive decision making in Human Resources function
- Identify training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for each position and analysis of the existing level of competencies
- Plan and execute the New Employee Induction program and on-boarding program to ensure that all HQ new joiners have been participating in those programs
- Prepare and communicate the training calendar on a regular basis and ensure all the training activities are delivered as per the training calendar and content development and creating process modules
- Responsible for the delivery of all training activities such as department focused and general training across the company
- Monitor on the submission of the Department of Skill Development and ensure that all submission complied with the regulations of DSD
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management framework, activities, tools and templates via employee feedback to enhance service quality to stakeholders
- Coordinate on performance management and conduct performance rating calibration for all functions
- Support L&D Manager on the interactions with internal stakeholders on performance review activities, key performance indicator and target setting, communications, etc., to ensure stakeholder needs are met
- Manage all reports that are related to L&D functions
- Able to create L&D content through our internal portal (website and Linkedin)

**What you will need**:
- Minimum 8 years of experiences in engagement, training and development and organization development
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong experience in L&D strategy, curriculum design and content development
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent in English
