Join our team We're looking for a **Human Resources Supervisor** for our Thailand team

**Role Overview**:
The Human Resources Supervisor will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources functions for our Thailand operations. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance with Thai labour laws, and the development of HR policies and programs. The role requires a proactive individual with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- **Employee Relations**:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, address concerns, and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- **Performance Management**:
Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and support managers in performance-related matters.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:
Administer payroll, benefits programs, and ensure compliance with compensation policies.
- **Training & Development**:
Identify training needs, coordinate professional development programs, and support career growth initiatives.
- **Compliance & Policy Development**:
Ensure adherence to Thai labour laws, update HR policies as needed, and maintain accurate employee records.
- **HR Reporting & Analytics**:
Collect and analyse HR data to provide insights on turnover, employee satisfaction, and other key metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in an HR role in Thailand, especially in recruitment and payroll.
- **Skills**:
In-depth knowledge of Thai labour laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Fluency in Chinese and Thai, both written and spoken.
