This position acts as a champion for implementation and ongoing profit management for the Insurtech program. Works in partnership with all key stakeholders, including internal and external, to maximize the value of the initiative and enhance FWD’s data capabilities.
- Act as Insurtech Product Owner, driving partner implementation, AI machine learning, and profitability in alignment with FWD insurtech strategy.
- Implement Insurtech programs with real-time hyper-personalization, behavioral economics, and robotic capabilities to (1) drive Digital sales, (2) implement AI data models, and (3) serve performance-based leads to Agents and Tele Sales Reps based on their training, performance (conversion rate), and geographic-match to Customers.
- Drive achievement of key metrics: Value of New Business (VNB) derived from digital sales; increase in Customer engagement (review and consider product); and increase Conversion Rates (percent of Customers who purchase product).
- Guide and lead tech and data colleagues and partners on the project, including Tech Partners to orchestrate and serve real-time offers; Data Partners to expand prospect pool; and Data Science partners to support data analytic insights and sub-segmentation that drive VNB.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute project roadmaps and define goals, objectives and approaches for partner success and transformation.
- Create the AI Machine Learning plan for the Insurtech partner program.
- Work closely with project members in providing leadership and acting as a primary communicator to link among the teams as well as organize the teams’ performance and project activities, such as project decision making and buy-in from the stakeholders.
- Prioritize and maintain the partner-facing sprint backlog together with relevant documents for assigned project products with the aim of balancing the requirements of stakeholders and increasing visibility into project states.
- Stay up to date with new data and analytical technology in order to educate related parties, define opportunity statement, adopt innovations and improve business operations in a timely manner.
- Provide unified direction and be accountable for the success of Insurtech partner projects as a frontman or center of the initiatives' development cycle.
- Measure Insurtech business impacts and present the benefit realization as a result of insurtech and robotic innovations and projects.
