We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our pre-opening team at InterContinental Khao Yai in Thailand, designed by award-winning architect and interior designer Bill Bensley.
**Your day to day**
Your day to day You’ll be the person guests rely on to ensure the public areas, event spaces and guest rooms are presented immaculately. You will lead the Housekeeping team day to day and will give them the tools, resources and feedback they need to perform at their best. - Supports the Rooms Division Manager with the effective and efficient running of the housekeeping team, with direct accountability for defined processes within the department. - Ensure the highest of standards to ensure guest expectation is consistently exceeded. whilst financial targets are achieved. - Communicates both internally within the Housekeeping team and externally, both with the wider hotel team and immediate locale to ensure the guest experience is personalised and always exceeds expectation monitoring all VIP Stays ensuring we deliver as a true host. - Ensure all team members are trained and maintaining IHG way of Clean.
**What we need from you**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Housekeeping position with previous supervisory or team leader experience. - Luxury hotel experience would be an advantage. - You'll be known for your exceptional guest focus and attention to detail. -Proven track record with success at coaching and training and implementation of process and audit. -Self initiative and demonstrate capability to lead a team. -Demonstrates collaboration with other departments. - Shows awareness of market trends and has the ability to implement new initiatives.
