หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Plan and replenish categories of materials, packaging, finished goods of own brand and international brand with financial accountability
- Manage, control and ensuring sufficient inventory levels that are appropriate with sales demand/plan, keeping healthy, and arranging a high day inventory turnover based on financial objectives
- Coordinate with Sales team, International team and NPD team to make a forecast orders and stock regarding their project request and monthly/quarterly demand for all product group item and producing bundle packing
- Ensure the procurement and planning to purchase materials and goods, especially for new product development, to match with on-stock availability, specified timeline, and company’s goal
- Identify and set up investigations of quality control issues or unacceptable goods, out-of-stock issues, determine source of trouble and take corrective action, and regular stock counting to monitor safety stock level on a regular basis and ensure no shortage occurrences.
- Be able to propose and prioritize mitigation solutions to solve identified issues/risks with execution plan to ensure all problems are solved or rectified while establishing long-term improvement plan and procedures.
- Plan, manage, and optimize warehouse space and its cycle and work together with purchasing and procurement team for efficient inbound and outbound.
- Monitor slow-moving and age of inventory to determine potential inventory risks. Proactively lead collaborative efforts with commercial team with appropriate action to mitigate and relieve at-risk and aged inventory
- Take response for logistics process in local (to customers) and international (import) areas.
- Review results, problems, solutions of overall operations and do monthly/quarterly reports to the director
- Monitor and motivate staff including with develop and implement supply chain and warehouse strategy to support company strategy

คุณสมบัติ
- Over 5 years of working experience, preferably in supply chain, warehouse, demand planning, or product management, and at least 3 years in management role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economic or related field
- Familiarity with supply chain, planning and inventory management systems
- Direct Experience in retail, FMCG and manufacturing is a plus
- Excellent in MS Excel and experienced in ERP system would be preferred
- Very good in communication and management skills
- Understanding of forecasting and budgeting
- Hands-on mindset, analytical skills and problem solving
