- Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking) (60K-80K) (SDG-94372)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น)-
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans, achieve monthly sales targets.
- Service existing customer and identify potential customer.
- Establish strong customer relationship.
- Attend to customers queries, feedback and complaints.
- Prepare sales quotation, liaise with operation and invoicing team to complete the sales process.
- Monitor Debtor Listing and collection of payment due from customer.
- Prepare Monthly Sales Report and provide information about sales activities to management team.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Hire, train and develop sales team members.
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree
- 5++ years of working experiences in Sales function
- Any product knowledge or industry experiences are welcome
- English level: For internal and external communication
- Japanese (JLPT N2 and upper level): For communicating with Japanese customers
- Able to travel to domestics/overseas (occasional) for work assignment
- Have personal car for business purpose [company fully supports in car allowances]- Knowledge in industrial equipment will be an advantage.

- สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่แข็งแกร่ง
- รับฟังข้อซักถาม ข้อเสนอแนะ และข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคาขาย ติดต่อประสานงานกับทีม operation และออกใบแจ้งหนี้เพื่อให้กระบวนการขายเสร็จสมบูรณ์
- ตรวจสอบรายชื่อลูกหนี้และการเรียกเก็บเงินจากลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานการขายประจำเดือนและให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการขายแก่ทีมผู้บริหาร
- วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพการขายและแนวโน้มของตลาด
- จ้าง ฝึกอบรม และพัฒนาสมาชิกในทีมขาย
- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 30 - 40 ปี- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการขาย 5++ ปี
- ยินดีต้อนรับผู้ที่มีความรู้ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์หรือประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรม
- ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ: สำหรับการสื่อสารภายในและภายนอก
- ภาษาญี่ปุ่น (JLPT N2 ขึ้นไป): สำหรับสื่อสารกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่น
- สามารถเดินทางไปในประเทศ/ต่างประเทศได้ (เป็นครั้งคราว) สำหรับงานที่มอบหมาย
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวเพื่อทำธุรกิจ [บริษัทสนับสนุนเต็มที่ในเรื่องเบี้ยเลี้ยงรถยนต์]- มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องมืออุตสาหกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
