With an ever-growing employee headcount and parcel volume, the local country shall require a Security Control Operator whose main role is:

- 1.Operate and monitor all systems within the CCTV control center
- 2.Record all events and actions accurately
- 3.Liaise with the police and other agencies in case of any abnormal event
- 4.Constantly focus and monitor the warehouse activities via CCTV or other surveillance systems
- 5.Attention to the details of every activity

**What you will do**:

- Maintains a record of any abnormalities and report
- Inform Duty Security guard of any security-related incident. Instigate walkie talkie where directed to do so
- Monitor the security situation and instructions given regarding DO and DON'T
- Monitor any emergency situation which develops within the services area of responsibility and carry out the actions laid down to resolve the issue and liaise with the operation
- Setup security operator framework
- Develop a security system manual
- Report all faults and failures of CCTV including other security equipment in order to responsible for their maintenance and record all details in the faults log
- Support internal investigations for the incident
- To capture, process, log accurately and help to provide data( evidence) to enforcement and other agencies
- To ensure all logs, reports, and records are produced accurately and promptly, covering all activities involving CCTV both externally and internally within the Control Room
- Any other duty as directed by Security Manager

**What you will need**:

- At least 2-4 years of Security experience with 2 years in managing systems.
- Proven experience as security system operator or similar position
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work rotating shifts both day and/or night, weekends
- Good concentration skills and ability to notice and record detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately orally and in writing (create incident and maintenance fault logs and witness statements, talk over police or other radio networks, etc
- Successful CCTV Operators are mindful, alert, and scrupulous individuals who are highly dedicated to protecting others. In addition to having a talent for all things technical, they also have the ability to quickly identify patterns and abnormalities
- Conducting risk audits and assessments via security system
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Good in English and local language, both written and spoken
