- at least 5 years of experience
- Age preferably 26-32 years
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in HROD, HRD, HR Function
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet.
- Enjoys learning new things in the field of HROD.
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Possesses skills for statistical data analysis and data-based planning, development and improvement of HR strategy.
