- Search the monthly new Law in Government Gazette which related company business for each support Department.
- Upload the new law and be responsible Gazette searching system in E-document.
- Provide legal advice including internal compliance with recommended guidance to HR.& Admin. Dept.
- Update laws and regulations that might affect to HR.&Admin. tasks or company business.
- Advise the legal documents including commercial contracts, agreements, letters and notices for HR.&Admin. tasks
- Government Contact due to company licenses in HR.&Admin. department
- Verify all government licenses as ensure getting licenses on time and comply with the Laws.
- Assist supervisor on PDPA project
- คุณสมบัติ
- Male/female age 23-28 years
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Law
- At least 1 - 5 year experience in General affairs & Government affairs or Compliance & Legal is preferable.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with serviced mind.
- Good attention to detail, well-organized with structural and logical approach
- Good communication skill in English language and proficient in computer skill.
