สมัครโปรดคลิกที่ปุ่ม "Apply" Job Description - Draft, review, revise contracts and other legal documents and undertakings relating to loan financing including other credit and trade products - Issue guarantees and taking security customary for financial institutions as well as drafting documents and/or additional memorandum as may be required by the Bank - Provide both general legal advice as well as legal advice and recommendation on financing structure, financing products, trade products, guarantees, security, loan restructuring including bankruptcy and business reorganization - Provide legal advice in case of claims by the beneficiary against the Bank for payments under letters of guarantee - Study and researching new laws relating to banking business to analyze effects on the Bank’s business from legal perspective. Preparing and revising the Bank’s standard forms relating to the above matters - Work in collaboration with other legal functions and the Bank’s business units to provide legal advices for the Bank’s engagement of corporate financing and trade products Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in law - Strong academic record, research, writing, communication, analytic thinking - At least 3 years general practice working experience in legal field to work with and be mentored by senior lawyers and managers, preferably involving documents and contracts in banking business - Attention to detail and accuracy and a keenness to learn developments in digital technology - Being knowledgeable in banking business in order to analyze and solve legal issues and restriction - Able to provide advice and recommendations as necessary to protect and mitigate the Bank against risks as well as to maximize the Bank’s benefits We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
