- **Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs;
- Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals for low-rise condominium, housing and different kinds of commercial buildings.
- Prepares EIA & submission & tender & construction documentation, schedules and material

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture or its equivalent with

a. 0 - 1 years of relevant experience for Junior Design Architect.
b. 2 - 4 years of relevant experience for Design Architect.
c. minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Senior Design Architect.
- Good sense of design and digital touch-ups.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of low-rise condominium and commercial buildings.
- Excellent skill in 2D and 3D presentation programs, especially Photoshop, SketchUp, V-ray and Lumion will be preferred.
- Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
- Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
- Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans
- Directing staff in the development of project drawings, studies and budgets
- Interfaces with Chief & Director of Architecture and project managers.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good written and spoken English.
