Responsibility:

- Responsible for recruitment and selection process, headcount forecast and headcount planning
- Being HR consultant to advise the line manager for HR process
- Prepare HR monthly report such as headcount report, movement report, etc.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested

Qualification:

- Age 21-25 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or Political Science
- 5-7 years working experience in recruitment
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized
- Confident, energetic and flexible
- Able to manage and do many tasks/projects at the same time
- Accurate, reliable and hands-on
- Having problem solving and time management skill
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good attitude and be able to work well under pressure
