- Create, checking, gathering Import-Export documents such as Export Invoice, Packing list, Invoice etc.
- Checking Paperless duty charge
- Making a delivery plan
- Inventory control, Put the data related to inventory in excel and system.
- Checking Expense, negotiate transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability with external freight forwarder
- BOI tasks
- Other tasks as assigned such as client support related tasks etc.
- คุณสมบัติ

- Thai nationality, Female, age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year as Import & Export officer, Sales Coordinator (trading or manufacturing company)
- Good command of English
- PC skill(Word, Excel, Power point)
- Great negotiation, coordination, detail oriented, work well under pressure

- Strong knowledge of BOI
- Experienced Simlex Software

**English level : Conversational**

**Japanese level : None**

**Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng**

**Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(can choose 8:00 - 17:00 or 8:30 - 17:30)**
