หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Calling to customer or receiving call from customer both BKK & Upcountry.
- Persuade, negotiate and close sales under TIL’s criteria.
- Sign contract for refinance customer, take a photo, copy engine and chassis no., evaluate vehicle.
- Introduce and explain customers to buy life/non-life insurance and prepare documents for customer.
- Conduct customer analysis by following the company policy and character of overdue customer.
- Support DLT’s process in order to finish the refinance process.
- Follow up individual/team to reach the target and do some report such as incentive report.
- Solve any issues for refinance team.
- Support supervisor by contact branch and request good coordination in special issue.
- Follow up overdue customer
- Support information of market situation and competitors to UM.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

**Qualification**
- At least Bachelor’s degree in business fields.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in tele sales, marketing, direct sales. (Chief Officer)
- Prefer to work with incentive scheme, always challenge with the target.
- Good coordination, communication, service mind, negotiation skills, problem solving skill and active behavior.
- Able to handle multiple jobs and work under pressure.
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing.
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Power Point.
