Identifies system or process weaknesses, proposing resolutions that will mitigate the exposure and increase process efficiency while streamlining with other countries in the region. Identifies risks that cross the operational units and organizing cross-functional solutions. To perform regulatory reporting for Bank of Thailand by gathering data, analyzing and presenting in a standard template for activities related to nostro accounts, operational losses, fraud losses. Support the Operations & Technology (O&T) head in various O&T forums with data, analysis and highlights of various initiatives and O&T Business Reviews. Issues escalation and tracking while engaging with respective units. Work on country level & regional projects across different ICG O&T units related to standardization, streamlining, controls enhancement, process reviews, internal audits while coordinating with the key stakeholders. Performs Due Diligence & process monthly payment for our outsourced service providers, while adhering to the third-party risk management policy. Oversight on the reconciliation process, handling reconciliation completion issues & escalations and performing governance tasks. Additionally, performs tasks related to Balance Sheet Substantiation and governance around it. Additional ad-hoc duties to be performed as and when deemed necessary & pressing by the management. Contributes to risk assessments and drives actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices. **Qualifications**: 0-3 years relevant experience. **Knowledge and skills (general and technical) required**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Thai. Ability to perform under pressure. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting timelines. Ability to function independently & take accountability. Project Management skills.
