**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop business cases for transformation projects.
- Design and implement new processes, systems, and technologies to enable better performance and productivity.
- Drive change management activities, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and assess the impact of transformation projects by analyzing key performance indicators and conducting post-implementation evaluations.
- Collaborate with senior management and executive teams to provide recommendations and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business transformation.
- Lead and mentor a team of transformation professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the transformation process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing business transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, data analysis software, and relevant technology platforms.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance, and operations is preferred.
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing business environments.
