**Responsibilities**
- **Empowering Mentor**:Fostering a collaborative environment, provide code reviews, and elevate your team's skills.
- **Technical Expertise**: Maintaining a deep understanding of ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS & HTML (including modern features).
- **React Mastermind**: Being the champion of the React ecosystem (Next.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux/Flux).
- **Solution Architect**:Guiding the team in implementing SSR and effective state management patterns.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Working seamlessly with designers and backend devs to deliver beautiful interfaces.

**Requirements**:

- Front-End Leadership: Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Senior Frontend Developer, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS & HTML (including modern features).
- React Expertise: Extensive experience with the React ecosystem (Next.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux/Flux).
- Problem-solving Prowess: Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quality Advocate: Maintain a quality-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
