- Designing of Training and Development Program
- Create and Assist in Skill Evaluation, Assessment and Matrix of Capabilities
- Liaise with Related Department for Internal Training, Orientation, OJT, and other Required Training Need
- Coordinate with External Organization or Institution for Training Courses and other Project Related to Human Resource Development
- Creatively Develop OJT System
- Comply Training with Department of Skill Development
- Assess Training Need and Monitor Training Program
- Initiate and Lead Employee Engagement Activities
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor Degree in Related Field
- Male/Female
- Age 35-40
- 10 Years of Experience in HR/HRD
- Good English Communication Skills
- Supervisory Level Working Experience
