Job Detail
- Identifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolve the IT incident that End-user facing.
- Installing, configuring, deploying, replacing and repairing hardware and software in timely manner.
- Liason with End-user to quickly get the root of their problem and follow-up the incident to ensure the incident/problem is resolved.

experience
- Female or Male age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology.
- 3-5 years of experience working in technical support, desktop support or similar role.
- Experience with remote desktop and helpdesk software.
- Managing multiple cases at a time.
- Self-motivation to testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Providing timely and accurate user feedback.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
