**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or any other related fields
- At least 5 years working experience in Project Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, or any other related fields.
- Good command of Vietnamese and English. Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage
- Good Computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good in Graphic program

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage CD’s databases to integrate into the new CRM system and utilize efficiently further as Marketing Communication Tools, responsible for utilizing data for Marketing Communication or Marketing plan further.
- Update Sale Kits and other marketing materials periodically
- Support of new market research in terms of data collecting, mining, consolidating and data visualizing as required by CD Director
- Assist CD Director in facilitating the team toward direction set forth
- Support other relevant CD activities or any ad hoc assignments from CD Director as required.
- Manage international department admin work, coordinate office tasks and operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
- Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Coordinate internal and external, act as a point of communication between the team and other departments in the company, or external stakeholders.
