**Major Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining appropriate tools and technology that support internal audit function to improve efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes, including Tools to collect information and evidence, and analytic tools to analyze the collected data, to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness, (including for risk assessments), ultimately be a source for analytics that business units adopt to provide business insights and for continuous auditing.
- Handling Audit management tools, e.g. audit automate workflow, which collaborates related information to enhance capabilities of internal audit function to improve efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes such as annual audit plan, audit engagement, recommendation follow up, etc.
- Visualizing and reporting tools, including reports and dashboards to support internal audit functions.
- Handling IA database to keep audit documents and related information which will be used as a knowledge base for internal audit function.
- Creating predefined scripts for data analytics to support audit engagement.
- Detecting rules and automating workflow for continuous auditing to support business audits, IT audits, and forensics.
- Identifying data specification and related IT systems, and designing data structure to obtain information for data analytics of internal audit function.
- Reviewing information that can be analyzed and converted into valuable insights into how the company can be run more efficiently.
- Developing Electronic Stored Information (ESI) catalog as reference information for data collection to support the audit team and design a common data model.
- Periodically reviewing Electronic Stored Information (ESI) catalog and design of common data model to ensure the accuracy of reference information.
- Reviewing data dictionary of tools and technology that support internal audit function for the understanding of internal auditors on data for analysis.
- Coordinating with related parties (Forensic and Transformation) to design, implement fine-tune detection rules and review fine-tune results.
- Studying tools and technology to support internal audit function, comparing alternative solutions, and performing proof of concept of selected tools and technology.
- Studying technology trends and identifying upgrade requirements, to upgrade or remove obsolete tools and technology of internal audit function, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal audit processes.
- Coordinating with related parties to ensure the security of internal audit information.
- Supporting strategic and operational governance processes of the internal audit function while promoting technology solutions and services.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Professional Certification is preferable e.g. CISA, CFE, CIA, CPIAT, etc.
- At least 3 years of working experience in IT, data analytics, internal audit, or management.
- Analytical and Conceptual Thinking.
