Your role:

- Produce engaging video content for Instagram and other social platforms [Reels, short-form clips].
- Create graphics and visual assets using modern AI tools and motion design software — new neural networks and AI tools are constantly emerging, and you’ll need to stay up-to-date.
- Translate product features and benefits into compelling stories for real estate professionals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align content with campaigns.
- Research trends, stay current with social media algorithms, and suggest fresh, creative approaches.
- Organize, track, and optimize content for maximum engagement.

**How your daily tasks might look like**:

- Start your day reviewing content plans, generating new ideas for Reels, posts, and short-form clips, checking engagement metrics, and seeing what’s trending in real estate and proptech (maybe even peek at Ryan Serhant’s Instagram for inspiration).
- Produce a short Reel showing Akaari’s AI-powered real estate search, adding a dash of humor — maybe a client realizing they don’t have to scroll through 200 listings manually.

**Before you scroll further, let us show you some content we adore — the kind of stuff that makes us go “Yup, that’s the vibe” and that we’d love to see more of from you**:

- You have 1+ year experience producing video and graphic content for social media or digital campaigns.
- You’re confident with tools like Gemini, Flow, Veo 3, Canva or other new AI-powered content tools that keep appearing on the market.
- You can craft engaging stories from product demos, client interactions, or marketing briefs.
- You’re fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- You’re familiar with the Dubai market [huge advantage].
