**Mission**
- Ensure daily launch, yield, gasket quality and EER of critical machine through implementation and respect of process.
- Provide training activity, SOP & work instruction to advise worker work efficiently.
- New product and new equipment validation

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO, etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training ,EPS etc

2. Supervision of the control of the process

3. Supervision of chemical consumptions of Injection process and recycling process

4. Supervision of mold block and injection tool in order to produce according to logistic planning.

5. Plan the injection tool need according to production volume increment.

6. Set up and maintain efficient training system for technician

7. Responsible for implementation of safety policy and procedures in their area of work, and with their subordinated (When applicable)

9. Transfer process from headquarters or other facilities

10. Identification, Monitoring and solution of process related problems

11. Responsible for implementation of company policies and procedures in their area of work, and with their subordinates (When applicable)

**Skills / Competences**

1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering

2. Experience in Process Engineer in 2-5 years up

Desirable/Preferable

Technical knowledge on

: Statistical Process Control.

: Injection molding and injection machine knowledge.

: Engineering drawing.
