**Responsibilities for**
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

**Qualifications for**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar
- Be able to communicate in English (read and write is required)
- 1-3 years experience for entry-level positions
- Details oriented and continue learning mind set
- Experiences in Accounting or ERP system (Dynamic AX 2012)
- Good in MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle potential tense interactions with clients and internal sales team.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
